Hornbeck Boats Warranty
We stand behind the materials and craftsmanship of our boats, covering any mechanical or material failure, to the original retail consumer, for the usable life of the boat as defined by wear. If a failure occurs, we will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected component at no cost to the owner. Owners are responsible for transporting the boat to and from Hornbeck Boats in Olmstedville, NY. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, misuse, normal wear and tear from regular use, nor damage resulting from abuse, alteration or unauthorized repair. A copy of the original store receipt is necessary for all warranty claims.

Eddyline Kayaks Warranty
A 3-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please fill out the form on the manufacturers website to register your kayak(s).
All Eddyline kayaks are covered under warranty against any defect in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original owner and is only in effect if the warranty registration card is returned or completed online.
Conditions: Eddyline will repair or replace all items returned under warranty at its own discretion. Eddyline is the sole judge on warranty issues.
The customer pays all return transportation, freight and or packaging charges for warranty claims.
All deck rigging is covered for a period of two years only.
If a product is deemed to be blemished, and is sold as a blemished quality product, the warranty is still in place with the exception of coverage of the blemish itself.
The following are never covered under warranty: scupper cart damage, freight damage, improper storage, improper use, abuse, normal wear and tear, and color fading due to UV rays.

Mocean Canoes and Kayaks Warranty
A three-year limited warranty to the original owner. You must fill in and submit the online registration form within 30 days of your purchase in order to activate the warranty.

If you realize a problem exists, please contact the retailer where you purchased your canoe, and they will be able to assist you with your claim.
The Mocean Canoes Warranty covers defective materials or workmanship for a period of three years when used as intended under normal conditions. The original warranty initiated by the original owner cannot be transferred to another person. The Mocean Canoes Warranty does not apply to rental fleets, outfitters, tour operators or other operations of this kind. Tour operators may refer to the Operator Warranty for information concerning their fleets. In addition, Mocean Canoes does not cover canoes that are altered or modified in any way from the original state of manufacture when purchased. Every claim must be accompanied by the original bill of sale. All warranty claims will be subject to an investigation by Mocean Canoes, and they may repair or replace the defective product at their discretion, determining whether the problem is a result of defective materials or workmanship or the result of misuse or accident above and beyond the scope of the warranty. Photos accompanying the damaged part of the canoe may be requested to ensure an accurate evaluation during the investigation.
If a canoe is deemed to be blemished and is sold as a blemished quality product, the warranty is still in place except for the blemish itself. The customer is responsible for any return transportation, freight and packaging charges for warranty claims.
Accessory Returns
- Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase
- A receipt must accompany all returns or, If no receipt present, Hornbeck Boats must be able to track the purchase through your customer purchase history.
- Include a description of the reason for your return. The more detail, the better.
- Returned products, including packaging, must be in new, sellable condition.
- Hornbeck Boats reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returned products missing their original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Refunds may take up to 72 hours to be processed once the item is received.

ORDER ISSUES
- If you are shipped an incorrect or damaged product with your order, you will be reimbursed for any return shipping costs incurred. Return shipping costs for other reasons are the customer’s responsibility. - Please contact info@hornbeckboats.com if you receive an incorrect shipment.
- Return shipping labels may be sent electronically or with the correct product when it is shipped.

Boat Exchanges
Part of our Perfect Fit program is making sure everyone has the Hornbeck that fits them and their needs best. If you feel your new boat doesn’t fit you like you hoped, you will have 30 days after picking up your boat to exchange it for a model that works better for you. Boats being exchanged are subject to a $100 restocking fee, and any other costs associated with wear & tear. The boat being exchanged must be in like new sellable condition. Material and optional package choices are not covered under this program.
