Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer demos or test paddles? We host Demo days from our Minneapolis location throughout the Spring/Summer season. Every other Wednesday night on Lake Johanna in Arden Hills and Saturday morning on Lake Nokomis. Be sure to RSVP online or call 612-546-4705 so our experienced staff can prepare to find you the Perfect Fit!

Do you ship your boats? Yes, we offer some limited shipping between our NY location and MN location using a private shipping firm. Typically we line up a few deliveries together before making a trip. This means there could be some lag between when a boat is ready and when it can be shipped. see the shipping and pickup info page under support for more information

How long is the wait time for a new boat? There is a very good chance you will be able to leave with a boat the same day. However, if we need to build one for you, time from order to pick-up is directly related to the type of boat you are ordering, the number of orders currently on our build list, and circumstances out of our control. This timing tends to get longer the farther into the summer season we are. However, we strive to keep our wait time around 3-4 weeks.

What form of payments do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. There is no discount for using cash.

Keith Damick

“Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. They were able (and happy) to walk me through all aspects of their boats and to make sure I had all the information needed to make the proper choices for my new canoe. The on-water demo with true experts is absolutely invaluable! A terrific experience all around.
With their guidance, I chose a 12ft Classic with the Rowing / Fishing Package...awesome boat!!"

Tammy Wright

"Very pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Josh was very patient with my dad and his questions. He did a great job with our demo group. Can't wait to get the new boats out!"

Ron Edwards
